Reality Capture

Research and development of photogrammetry, LiDAR scan and Point Cloud capture and delivery into an ISO 19650 Common Data Environment. A vendor-neutral Capture Environment aligned with Historic England HEAG317, georeferenced to OSGB36 through OSTN15 and archived in E57, LAZ and IFC.

Local Model Routing and an Agentic Workspace

A one-person company for spatial data and records work in the built environment, on one rule: the record owns, and the tools only read. A desktop workspace of seven apps running entirely on the local machine — a vector store on SQLite; invoice, quote and report writing, including a tagged PDF engine formatted to specification, with no packaged dependency.

Mayfield Park studio concept

A small studio with a one-bedroom pied-à-terre and an eight-person social space, incorporating passive surveillance principles. Developed remotely through the 2020 lockdown and reviewed by Fairhurst Design Group.
